I have a big salmon fillet with which I need to find something to do. I was thinking some kind of dill-ish thing. It's frozen...should I hang on to it till you get here?

Date: 2006-09-20 03:05 pm (UTC)As for your salmon, I guess it depends how big is "big" and how long it's already been frozen. The flavor and texture may suffer after two weeks, and it's not like we can't get more, right?
