On the little street right around the corner from my apartment, parked on the street, is a Rolls-Royce. This would be the same street in which my mom's car, a Tercel, got broken into about 2 years ago.

Hope this person has good insurance.

It's probably the guy who broke into your mom's car; he's finally done enough of them that he could afford a Rolls. :)
