Lunchtime!
Mar. 15th, 2005 01:20 pmFor lunch, I'm having one of the finest things available to people within reasonable drive from my office: the soup-in-a-breadbowl from Atlanta Bread Company. It should be noted, however, that it is a freakin' carbohydrate bomb, so Atkins adherents beware!
I finally got to unpack the computer around 10:00 last night. It's pretty cool, but I have major amounts of work to do to transfer some programs between the two machines and getting it the way I want it, not to mention the video-card shopping.
Rehearsal last night was also pretty fun even though Wagner's "Ride of the Valkries" is harder than I'd thought. The thing that makes up for it all: We get to play the main theme from Star Wars.
OK, I thought it was pretty cool. =P

Date: 2005-03-15 07:08 pm (UTC)I've been raving about it for days. Mom brought me her bread bowl from Panera the other day. I mentioned this to Dan, saying, "She didn't pour her soup in it like you're supposed to - she brought it to me."
"There are rules?" He's lucky he lives on the east coast - he's too far away to smack.
