An American in Tokyo
Aug. 21st, 2004 06:37 pmRead all about my
brudder's adventures as he travels on business to Tokyo and then Hong Kong. He doesn't use LiveJournal, so don't click on the link above, use this one. As he put it, he's 13 hours ahead, but that means he can't see the future or tell us who's going to win medals in the Olympics. He also says a lot of the Japanese characters (Kanji?) look like houses on stilts. For some reason, he's expecting to find a good deal on some kind of electronics, but Dad & I told him they'd probably be more expensive than what he'd find in NY and of questionable quality. I'm interested to see his take on Hong Kong as well.
