Israel Reunion?
Jul. 27th, 2004 07:41 pmEver since we all got back, the 41 of us have been exchanging e-mails about exchanging photos, whatever. Last weekend the New York people had a small reunion. Now there's talk about a bigger reunion, a ski/snowboard outing in Breckenridge, CO, around MLK weekend next January. They're estimating it costing about $250 for the weekend, probably not including the flight. While I was looking to visit Colorado someday, I don't ski or snowboard, and I'm really not sure how much I want to spend any more time with people I hardly had anything in common with. I might be wrong; it could be a blast, but I think I'll pass on this opportunity.
Unrelated, but already two people have sent e-mails expressing intent to make Aliyah (i.e. emigrate to Israel). If they go through with it, I wish them well, but it's not a choice I could make now.
