I was over at my dad's place this evening for dinner. He showed me his new photo slide scanner for his computer. Seems he has a few thousand slides from the last 40-50 years he wants to scan in.  One of the pictures he scanned was his prom picture. I hardly recognized him (he was 17, after all), but I commented that his date bore a resemblance to Keri Russell, without the curly hair. Of course, he had no idea who I was talking about. Nothing especially deep today, just felt like sharing that.
