(no subject)

I had three bananas that went all squishy on me, so I did what Mom always did: bake banana bread. Of course, not having a bread pan would be a bit of a hindrance, so I went out to Target tonight and bought one, with some other stuff I needed. I was afraid it would turn out chewy because the batter was getting glutenous, but it turned out wonderfully! I had to cut into it while it was still warm because I couldn't resist anymore.

This weekend could shape up to be very fun. We'll see before I write any more. =)
