I was particularly amused by all the people reading HP&DH in the airports yesterday. I wanted to go up to them and say, "Wow, can you believe the ending? Who'd have guessed that:

Snape turned out to be Harry's father!

Hermione was really a guy!

Rosebud was Harry's wand!

Harry wakes up in bed and finds Dumbledore in his shower!"

etc etc. Because that's just the kind of guy I am.

After Harry dies, Draco Malfoy kills Voldemort! But not as one of the good guys. Draco briefly becomes head Death Eater, then Ginny kills Draco, Bellatrix kills Ginny, Mrs. Weasley kills Bellatrix, Narcissa kills Mrs. Weasley, Ron kills Narcissa, Lucius Malfoy offs Ron, Hermione kills Lucius, Crabbe and Goyle throttle Hermione, Arthur Weasley and Professor McGonagall kill Crabbe and Goyle, Snape kills McGonagall, Fred and George Weasley kill Snape with some of their more effective prank gizmos, and eventually all the wizards and witches kill each other off, leaving only us Muggles in the world.
