Oct. 4th, 2006 10:53 amI made a post about this in Jamie's journal, but haven't really gotten around to it here until now. Jamie spent almost all day in the emerengcy room yesterday, where she got a couple of CT scans and an MRI. They noticed there was definitely something "abnormal" in her brain: some kind of spotting on the films, but it was too early to make any kind of diagnosis. So they admitted her last night, and today they'll be doing blood work and a spinal tap. She was really scared when I talked to her, but I was able to calm her down some.
Keep her in your thoughts and prayers, if you're so inclined. Hopefully, I'll know something more by tonight.

Date: 2006-10-04 11:29 pm (UTC)Mostly all I got was that they don't think it's a tumor or anything, but they aren't sure if it might be bacterial, viral, some form of meningitis or even the beginning of MS, but there is some kind of inflammation there.
I'm going to get some candles going when I get home from work, and sending as much reiki as possible.
