There was only one choice: Dvořák Violin Concerto with Joseph Suk (http://www.arkivmusic.com/classical/album.jsp?album_id=46873), along with the "New World" Sypmhony. The only downside? I had to put $0.94 on my card to cover the balance after shipping. ;)
