Calling All Cooks

Apparently the BGE repairman commented to the property manager that my oven & broiler looked like they'd never been used before. While I admit that I didn't use it all that often, I can imagine the guy who had the apartment before me never using it once. Now, I want to make sure it actually gets some use while I'm still living here.
