Most of the years I've been here, it snows once. Nothing like where I grew up, a scant 200 miles away.

And you forgot to mention that it gives everyone on the road a chance to act like jackasses.

I got my drivers license in Balto in '71, and I didn't drive in snow till I was in college in '76 and we had a blizzard at Purdue. That was a baptism by fire, so to speak...
