Ugggghhh

It smells like dead fish or something nasty in the area outside my office building. I can't tell if it's a localized phenomenon, or if it extends all the way down the peninsula to Annapolis, but it started about 1/2 a mile before I got to work.

EDIT: As of 10:30 or so, it seems to have gone away, thankfully.
