av8rmikeMy hand hurts. Specifically, I think it's the tendon in my left palm, below my ring finger. I haven't been able to bend that finger since about last Friday, and a few other fingers feel stiff. I tried to practice tonight but I can't bend my finger enough. And yes, it hurts a little bit to type, so I'm trying not to move much.
Tomorrow I'm calling one of the local hospitals that has a hand center. I have a feeling I'm going to have to give up playing the violin, using the computer, or maybe both for a while.
